Dear customers, 10-th of November 2006 became effective the regulation 488/2006 (digest) to copyright law, which enumerates royalties by new way, liable to duty after copyright law. Therefore it will be on the invoices mentioned in case of all products, which are liable to royalties after copyright law, part of price, which is equal to royalty after copyright low 121/2000 (digest) or regulation no. 488/2006 (digest) as separate item (in same way, as it is now in case of raising the prices due to disposal fee). Distributor pay to provider (importer or producer) same fee during buying a products. Distributor doesn't profit from these fees not for love nor money.
On the basis of the act 185/2001 (digest) about electronic garbage and it's amendment no. 7/2005 (digest) from september 2005 seller of products liable to fees (electronic parts) is due to account for disposal costs of historical parts to buyer, therefore ecological disposal. Fee is set by rate schedule of association of importers and producers. Distributor pay to provider (importer or producer) same fee during buying a products. Distributor doesn't profit from these fees not for love nor money.
